Project Thankful: Reason #160

I’m thankful whenever a student thanks me.  It can be as simple as passing out worksheets to explaining adding and subtracting integers.  When a student thanks me, it not only tells me that they are being polite, but that on some level they appreciate me.  Sometimes, you can question if what you’re doing really matters.  Being told “thank you,” makes you feel that it does.
